16. Separation of Grid Search and QW-OptimiserPlus options
Some users wish to apply automatic parameter scanning without automatic optimisation procedures. Parameter scanning (Grid Search) has been previously available in the QW-Simulator interface for QW-OptimiserPlus, and thus accessible to QW-Optimiser licensees only. We decided to provide and offer a cheaper and simpler option of the Grid Search only. Nevertheless, we hope that the users starting from the Grid Search option will be encouraged to upgrade to the QW-OptimiserPlus in the future. GUI for setting parameters and examining the results is almost the same for Grid Search and QW-OptimiserPlus.
