A seminar on "Advances in Determining Material Parameters" was held at EMPA, Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology, Thun, Switzerland. It was co-organised by EMPA and the The Industrial Microwave Modelling Group of the Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, MA.
